Our Business Development Executives are involved in business development activities over the phone for US-based clients.
What you will do
- Place phone calls to prospects (a database is provided)
- Perform the script (with necessary adjustment) introducing products and services of the client, whilst subtly persuading the client to buy
- Maintain a record of names, addresses, feedback and reactions of prospects contacted
- Grow and maintain credible relationships through continuous correspondence with contacted prospects
- Project management of successful leads when necessary

Qualifications required
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
- Educational qualifications: from GCE Ordinary Level to Degree
- A marketing Diploma / Degree would be an added advantage
Other Requirements
- Work hours are from 6.30 pm to 3.30 am (US business hours)
- Part timers should work minimum 4 hours at a stretch per day within the above time frame
- Should have a professional work environment at home
- Should have uninterrupted internet access during working hours
