Knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) is a form of outsourcing in which knowledge- and information-related work is carried out by workers in a different company or by a subsidiary of the same organization. This subsidiary may be in the same country or in an offshore location to save costs or other resources.

Knowledge Process Outsourcing or KPO is a subset of BPO. KPO involves outsourcing of core functions which may or may not give cost benefit to the parent company but surely helps in value addition. The processes which are outsourced to KPOs are usually more specialized and knowledge based as compared to BPOs.

Being a USA based company; we work from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm according to USA time zone. When that time zone is interpreted to the local time zone of Sri Lanka, it is from 6.30 pm to 3.30 am.

Our virtual team of Business Development Executives calls prospective customers of our various clients, engage in conversation with them, elaborate on products, and services our clients offer. Being a USA based company most of our clients are foreign and conversations would be carried out in the English language.
